STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- A New Dorp retail strip -- known as Park Plaza -- was recently sold to a new owner, according to Casandra Properties, Inc., which has two Staten Island offices.
The sale of the 24,000-square shopping center, which features several businesses -- including Beach Bum Tanning & Airbrush Salon and Baya Bar -- was brokered by Casandra Properties’ Associate Broker Sonia Tomai, who has been the exclusive listing agent on the site for several years.
The sale price of the property has not been disclosed.
