Which Marvel movie is most popular? Here’s a list of the most-watched on Disney+ so far this month, from ‘Ave - PennLive

Soaphub has ranked the 20 Marvel films available on Disney+ in order of popularity for this month.

As the world has been temporarily shut down with stay-at-home order in place because of the coronavirus pandemic, people are looking for entertainment at home more than ever. Since Disney+ has become a popular option, Soaphub wondered what the most popular movies from the Marvel Universe are currently.

The study used the average monthly search volume from Google Keyword Planner, looking at keywords for each Marvel movie available on Disney+. The Marvel films were ranked by popularity. (Note: It seems, not all Marvel films are available on the streaming service.)

Also analysed was the search volume of the most popular Marvel superheroes and -- possibly the more interesting question -- how were the most loveable Marvel villains ranked?

Where did your favorite movie, hero and villain fall in the lists?

1. “Avengers: Endgame” — 2.8 million (average monthly search volume)

2. “Iron Man” — 816,000

3. “Doctor Strange” — 561,000

4. “Guardians of the Galaxy” — 245,000

5. “Thor” — 149,000

6. “Black Panther” — 97,000

7. “Captain Marvel” — 83,000

8. “Avengers: Infinity War” — 81,000

9. “Iron Man 2” — 51,000

10. “Marvel’s The Avengers” — 47,000

11. “Iron Man 3” — 35,000

12. “Thor: Ragnarok” — 28,000

13. “Captain America: The First Avenger” — 25,000

14. “Captain America: Civil War” — 22,000

15. “Ant-Man” — 21,000

16. “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” — 20,000
